Eden Hotel Collection Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Restaurant and Bar teams across fine dining, lounge and afternoon tea service. You will work with the Head Chef to shape the delivery of food concepts and mentor a 30+ strong team to deliver memorable hospitality.

This role demands high standards, superb communication in English, and a track record of managing F&B in diverse settings. The award-winning employer values wellbeing, growth, and recognised service.

Qualifikationen

• Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
• Comfortable working within a volume led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining settings
• Experience at Food & Beverage Manager level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role
• Ability to lead a team of 30+ team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills; with proven experience of team retention
• Excellent communication skills, and level of English – both written and spoken; with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests
• To enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy
• Experience working within an environment within the consortia's of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal
