Job summary

Red Lobster in London is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations, delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out.

We offer in-restaurant training, individual development plans and ongoing training to keep you at the top of your game, with flexible leadership support and schedules from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., plus competitive pay and benefits for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on high quality seafood and beverage service
• Hire, train and inspire team members to deliver guest satisfaction
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policies
• Manage performance, including evaluations, coaching and discipline
