Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Manchester is seeking a Food & Beverage leader to drive guest service excellence. You will lead the restaurant team, recruit and develop staff, monitor quality, and collaborate with senior management to align with hotel objectives.

With access to the Dalata Academy, you’ll grow professionally through training and development programmes, while delivering cost-effective operations, events, and memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills and a focus on customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
