Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Manchester is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, handle check-ins, process payments, and answer inquiries to ensure a smooth arrival experience. You will update guest details in the system, assist guests with local information, and support other front-desk tasks as part of a welcoming team that values service excellence and professional appearance.

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests and process their payments.
• Respond to inquiries about in-house facilities and local tourist information.
• Ensure the security of room keys.
• Update all guest information in the computer system.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests.
