Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Receptionist to greet and welcome guests at our hotel, register guests and process payments, and respond to inquiries about facilities and local information. You will help ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining security and accuracy in guest data.

We value excellent customer service, the ability to work independently, and strong communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotel is desired but not essential
