Job Description

Assist the Restaurant Manager with the following duties:

1. Check floor setup prior to service start.
2. Ensure smooth service for guests at restaurants, karaoke, and ateliers.
3. Align rotas with wage budgets and staff fairness.
4. Maintain uniform standards.
5. Conduct F&B training (allergens, food bible, etc.).
6. Share training materials and documentation with team members via provided platforms.
7. Maintain effective communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
8. Create and sustain a safe environment for staff.
9. Induct new team members.
10. Manage POS systems and ensure they are up to date.
11. Ensure Res Diary is fully functional.
12. Conduct duty manager shifts.
13. Participate in weekly F&B management meetings.
