Job summary

Daisy Green Collection in London is seeking an Experienced Restaurant Manager for Glamarama Green in South Kensington. You will support the General Manager, lead a busy floor team and ensure exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, food and drink knowledgeable and able to drive sales while maintaining Daisy's welcoming, buzz-filled dining experience. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate with tronc and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Previous role as Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
• Ability to train and lead a floor team.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Organise & train the floor team, ensuring consistent service.
• Drive sales and create an outstanding dining experience for guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager who has previous experience in a high volume restaurant environment. The Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager in day to day operations, organising & training your floor team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and creating a great dining experience.
