We are looking for a passionate,
hands-on and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team
at Harbour Hotel Fowey.
This is a full-time opportunity,
offering a salary up to £34,000 per annum, plus tips and
company bonus.
Overseeing our Food and Beverage
crew, you will use your excellent food & wine knowledge to be able to
train, motivate & develop the team.
Ideally bringing with you a few years
restaurant management experience, gained from a high-end restaurant and
experience of working within budget guidelines, having held responsibility for
managing stock coupled with strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and
controlling costs.
A passion for service excellence with
a drive and determination to take the business forward is essential. We
are looking for that special someone who can inspire their team to achieve
great things and be excited to come to work!
