The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Fountain Brasserie team at our Woodcote Park clubhouse in Epsom, Surrey. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations and ensure an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience for our members and guests.

The Fountain Brasserie serves seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner; you will manage staff rotas, monitor attendance, control costs and stock, and maintain high

• Oversee cost control, stock management and end-of-shift financial procedures.
• Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations, ensuring full compliance.
• Actively support initiatives aimed at reducing the Club’s environmental impact.

Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our Fountain Brasserie based at our stunning Woodcote Park clubhouse. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience for our members. The Fountain Brasserie operates 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff rotas and monitor weekly records of attendance and hours worked to ensure appropriate levels of staff are on duty.

• Actively support initiatives aimed at reducing the Club’s environmental impact.
