Class 1 Personnel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Garden Centre restaurant in the Andover area. The role oversees a busy, 300+ cover operation with a hands-on leadership style to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a better work/life balance?

We're looking for a proven Restaurant Manager to lead a Garden Centre restaurant with approx 300 daily covers in the Andover area. The site has recently had a £500k refurbishment, so standards and expectations are high and the customers look forward to the refurbished service you can bring!

This is a genuinely hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy operation, lead a large team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
