Job summary

Nira Caledonia in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the award-winning dining operation, including the restaurant, bar, breakfast and room service. You will partner with the Head Chef to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional hospitality with a focus on quality Scottish produce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Blackwoods restaurant, bar, breakfast and room service.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
• Oversee daily F&B operations across Blackwoods, the hotel bar, breakfast service, and room service.
• Curate and manage the restaurant's wine and beverage lists, including our Scottish whisky selection, ensuring staff are trained on pairings and recommendations to drive upselling.

The Role
