You’ll Be Doing

? Overseeing the full daily operation of the
restaurant

? Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team

? Managing inventory, labour, and cost control to optimise
profitability

? Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are always
upheld

? Driving guest satisfaction through fast, friendly, and consistent
service

? Delivering business results and reporting on key performance metrics
