We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Salcombe, overseeing our award-winning restaurant, The Jetty Salcombe.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a very competitive salary, tips, company bonus, and discounts across our 15 hotels.
In this role, you will oversee our Food and Beverage team, utilizing your excellent food and wine knowledge to train, motivate, and develop the team.
Ideal candidates will have several years of restaurant management experience, preferably gained in a high-end restaurant, with experience managing budgets, stock, and possessing strong commercial acumen to increase revenue and control costs.
A passion for service excellence, along with drive and determination to advance the business, is essential. We seek someone who can inspire their team to achieve great things and foster a positive work environment.
