Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our luxury venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue.

You will have a minimum of 1 year of high-end restaurant management experience, be skilled in budget adherence and stock control, and train, motivate and develop a capable team with a passion for service excellence and fine food and wine knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience managing stock within budget guidelines and driving revenue while controlling costs.
• Strong focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role… As Restaurant Manager you will have a minimum of 1 years restaurant management experience gained from a high end restaurant and have experience of working within budget guidelines, responsibility of managing stock together with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs.

As Restaurant Manager you will also have excellent food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team.

A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
