Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a recently refurbished daytime-only restaurant near Beaconsfield, owned independently. This role offers a significant opportunity for development and autonomy, perfect for someone eager to make a mark.

It is also suitable for an assistant or deputy manager looking to step up into a managerial role.

Role: Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Manage daily operations
• Control labour, stock, costs, and budgets
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Lead from the front, including hands-on involvement in the kitchen
• Maintain high standards, compliance, and company procedures
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, including a great head chef
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales and work with the GM to develop events
