Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
• Have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Support food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
