Taco Bell Carlisle is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team, drive guest satisfaction, and maximise profitability. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of operational management experience in a Quick Service or retail setting, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to develop managers and frontline colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Basic business math and accounting skills to manage Profit & Loss and drive financial performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure consistent guest experience, service speed, and cleanliness.
• Manage labour, inventory, and equipment to meet financial targets and brand standards.
• Coach and develop Managers and Team Members to build a strong bench of leadership.
• Implement safety protocols and local health codes to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Partner with marketing to execute local programs and drive sales growth.
