Taco Bell - Bradford Greengates is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead shifts, coach staff and deliver memorable guest experiences in our Quick Experience Restaurant format.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive operational excellence, manage daily operations, ensure food quality and safety, and grow sales while developing the team toward future leadership roles.

Formación

• Leadership and people-management experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Coaching and developing team members to drive guest satisfaction.
• Understanding of P&L, sales performance, and operating standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to embody Live Mas values.
• Partner with the RGM to ensure customer interactions reflect QXR commitment.
• Manage daily operations, food quality, safety and compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance.
• Lead by example and uphold brand values on every shift.
