Taco Bell in Carlisle is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick Service operation. You will train and coach the team, manage P&L, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold brand standards across safety, service and quality.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of operational management experience in Quick Service/retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong numeracy and accounting basics for margin and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Bias for action, problem solving and delivering a first-class guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build People Capability: recruit, train and coach managers and team members.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: execute programs and maintain safety standards.
• Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits: manage costs, inventory and optimise operations.
