Job summary

Taco Bell - Liverpool Bold Street is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy QXR unit. You will coach the management team, drive guest experiences, and ensure profitable operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll develop people, manage the restaurant’s P&L, set the tone for a fun, caring culture, and deliver consistent results through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Strong P&L management and sales focus.
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Build people capability - Lead, coach, and develop your management team and crew, creating a culture rooted in Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour.
