Nando's in Greater London is seeking a General Manager who thinks like an owner. You’ll run a restaurant as a business, build and deliver strategy, master the P&L, drive sales and maintain safety and compliance, while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

You’ll lead from the front, balance budgets, forecast, manage labour, analyse data to grow profitability, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams in a busy operation.
• Experience owning commercial performance and profitability.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and PERi-PERi brand experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant as the owner and driver of strategy.
