Job summary

Nando's in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager who can run a restaurant as a business, building strategy, P&L, driving sales, compliance and safety, while inspiring a strong team to perform at their best.

You’ll lead from the front, balance budgets, forecast labour, use data to grow profitability, recruit and develop talent, and own the customer journey across Eat-In, Collect and Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams, managing busy operations, and taking ownership of commercial performance and profitability

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as the business owner, setting direction and driving performance
• Balance budgets and forecast with confidence, managing labour to deliver strong results
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales and profitability
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team, collaborating with Area Managers
