Farmer J Limited is opening a new Oxford restaurant in 2027 and seeks an experienced General Manager with a passion for great food and people to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and coach staff, drive sales targets, and uphold health and food safety standards while maintaining our quality and guest experience. Competitive salary and a strong bonus are on offer.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a General Manager in hospitality or quick-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver excellent food and superb customer service.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members.
• Achieve weekly sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are always followed.
• Grow the business through effective third-party delivery operations.
