Creams Coventry is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant team. You will oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain brand standards.

Ideal candidate has at least 5 years in hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, on-site in Coventry with salary £28,000–£32,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including front of house and back of house.
• Develop strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.

• Foster relationships with vendors, local communities and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Create policies to improve efficiency and guest experience.
