The role requires energy, organisation and clear leadership to motivate the team, manage stock and oversee service to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the café bar.
• Maximise sales, profitability and guest satisfaction through leadership and standards.
• Ensure food and drink standards are delivered consistently with brand expectations.
• Lead, support and develop supervisors and team members.
• Manage staff rotas, wage budgets and cash handling.
