Experience We Value

3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior manager in the hospitality industry.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, sales growth, and cost

control.

Passion for hospitality with a customer-first mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities, able to make effective real-time decisions.

Commitment to upholding health & safety and food safety standards.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
