Job summary

Taco Bell - Sheffield Broughton Lane is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, own the P&L, and deliver the Live Mas experience. You’ll coach the management team and crew, optimise sales, and ensure safety, quality, and customer delight in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build a high-energy culture, recruit talent, and drive performance through coaching, data, and a clear vision. This full-time role offers a 45-hour week contract, a competitive salary with bonus

• Strong understanding of P&L and sales performance.
