Job summary

KFC Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, own the restaurant's performance and culture, and create moments that keep guests coming back.

You will build and coach a strong team, manage operations, rostering and stock, and ensure first-class guest experience every shift. About the role

Lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and smash performance goals while building a team that doesn't just meet standards but exceeds them. Own the numbers, the vibe, and the experience, keeping everything running smoothly while creating a space where both guests and the team thrive.
