Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and smash performance goals. You will build a team, own the numbers and guest experience, and ensure the operation runs smoothly while fostering an environment where guests and staff thrive.

You will drive performance, coach your people, and maintain strong controls over rostering, stock, and reporting to deliver exceptional guest moments daily.
