Job summary

Giggling Squid is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our busy Bath sites, delivering outstanding guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll coach and develop the team, manage local P&L, and drive growth while upholding our Thai-culture values. We offer training, a competitive salary, pension, and staff discounts. No late shifts for early mornings, and weekly pay with service charge.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Good financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent, warm hospitality.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
