Giggling Squid is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, nurture guest experiences, and drive hospitality with warmth and excellence.

You’ll manage the team, coach staff, and own the service standards while maintaining strong financials and a supportive culture across our Thai dining concept, from kitchen to dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Proven management experience in branded or independent restaurants.

• Calm under pressure while growing the business.
• Solid understanding of business and financials.
