Job summary

Giggling Squid in Kingston upon Thames is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a busy team with warmth and vision. You’ll own the restaurant’s daily operations, coach staff, and ensure unforgettable guest experiences across Thai-inspired menus.

You’ll bring proven management experience in hospitality, stay calm under pressure, and partner with the team to drive service standards, profitability, and growth within our supportive, people-first family.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to manage operations and financials for a busy restaurant.
