Job summary

COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in running day-to-day restaurant operations in Norwich. You will lead a team, uphold service standards and drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

The role requires proven leadership in hospitality, strong operational knowledge, budgeting skills and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences across front- and back-of-house.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Deputy General Manager or senior leadership role within hospitality.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, front-of-house and back-of-house.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate staff and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold standards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost control to meet financial targets.
Manage inventory, suppliers and stock to minimize waste and drive efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety standards.
