Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or in a leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations and daily performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain COSMO standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to drive profitability.
• Ensure inventory, suppliers, and stock are managed to reduce waste.
• Monitor health and safety, food safety, and customer feedback to resolve issues.
