Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants. You will assist with orders, queries, and store operations while upholding high standards of service.

In this role you will work on the shop floor and restaurant areas, contributing to a busy, friendly environment and supporting stock control, till work, and occasional deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Passion for hospitality and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service across the store.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Answer customer queries with product knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and restaurant areas.
• Assist with stock, till work, take-to-car deliveries and other duties as required.

Our Restaurant Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering and exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store
• Driving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership
• Offering a helping hand with customer queries through great product knowledge as well as allergies and dietary requirements
• Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your store
• You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service– an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience
