Job summary

Lexington Catering is seeking a Chef Manager to lead on-site teams, recruit, induct, train and support staff to deliver high-quality service for Lexington Catering, our customers and clients.

You will motivate and manage a team, control budgets, and maintain strong communications with clients and colleagues to ensure operational excellence. This 5-out-of-7, 40-hour week role focuses on frontline catering leadership and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
• Focused on the front line.
• Proven team leader experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
• Previous experience within catering desirable.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Lexington Catering, our customer and clients.

• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7, 40 hours per week
