Job summary

Chilled Pubs in the Midlands is seeking future leaders who want more than just running a shift. We’re seven food-led pubs building warm hospitality with great food and drink, and brilliant teams.

You'll learn to lead shifts, set high standards, give feedback, and coach others while growing into bigger roles. We promote from within and provide real responsibility and regular one-to-ones to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or leadership roles
