Job summary

Chilled Pubs in the Midlands is seeking future leaders who want more than simply running a shift. The role is hands-on, with real responsibility, regular one-to-ones and strong support to help you grow into a leader.

You’ll learn how to lead confidently, coach others, set high standards, give feedback, and make good decisions under pressure. We promote from within and value warm, ambitious people.

Qualifications

• You might already have some supervisory experience.
• You might be a brilliant team member ready for your first step into leadership.
• You will be expected to lead shifts and coach others.
• You should be calm, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility.
