Job summary

Leaf Hospitality in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations, delivering memorable guest experiences and developing a high-performing team.

You will drive service standards, collaborate with kitchen and hotel colleagues, manage resources and costs, and contribute to the commercial success of the venue in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage management or hospitality leadership role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop food and beverage team members.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and operational resources effectively.
• Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor costs, stock levels and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver operational excellence.
