Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure shifts run smoothly with high standards.

You’ll lead, coach, and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, supporting recruitment, training, and frontline service to drive quality and a memorable guest experience. This role is based in one of our dine-in restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Ambitious and driven to progress.
