Job summary

Miller & Carter in Lowton, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager with strong management experience to support the General Manager and lead the team to success.

You will motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, train and mentor individuals, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is away. We offer progression, a pension, 28 days’ holiday and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Management experience required to support the General Manager.
• Ability to train and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
