Miller & Carter Taunton, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will motivate staff, mentor individuals and ensure smooth daily operations.

You'll train and inspire the team, act as Duty Manager when needed, and drive service standards to WOW guests, while taking part in our 3-day Steak School and benefiting from generous staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Lead by example to deliver great guest experience.
