Job Description

Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily duties, including:

1. Check floor setup before service begins
2. Ensure smooth service across all dining and entertainment venues
3. Align rotas with wage budgets and staff fairness
4. Maintain uniform standards
5. Conduct F&B training (allergens, food bible, etc.)
6. Distribute training materials and documentation via platforms
7. Facilitate communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams
8. Create a safe environment for team members
9. Induct new team members
10. Manage POS systems and Res Diary
11. Conduct duty manager shifts
12. Participate in weekly F&B management meetings
