What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
• Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
