J.W. Lees & Co. is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Team Member for our Alderley Edge Hotel to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive guest satisfaction.

You will join a close-knit team, learn our beer range, and actively promote our food and beverage offerings while supporting colleagues across departments. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant hospitality setting with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Capable of working well in a team.
• Knowledge of beers and brewery is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and engage customers.
