Honeycomb Houses’ Sheep on Sheep Street is hiring a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to lead the F&B team, deliver warm, attentive service, and oversee daily operations. You’ll guide shifts, manage stock, and ensure guest experiences meet high standards in a vibrant pub setting.

Ideal candidates will show strong leadership, attention to detail and a passion for great food and drinks. The role includes working with a friendly, hard-working team and opportunities for progression.

About The Role

At Honeycomb Houses, our supervisors play a key role in bringing our hospitality to life. We're looking for an F&B Supervisor who leads by example, supports their team to perform at their best, and helps deliver the warm, attentive service that defines our characterful houses.

Working closely with the management team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high standards across service, presentation and guest experience. From leading busy shifts and developing team members to managing stock and maintaining operational excellence, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. We're seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for great food, drink and service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues alike.

The Role

• Warmly welcoming our guests with a smile and ensuring they have nothing less than the best possible time during their visit
• Treating our guests like old friends and making sure they feel right at home
• Being able to integrate well into our hard-working team of friendly faces and can-do attitudes
• Working happily within your team as well along with the wider team across all departments
• Being flexible to work alongside our front of house and events team
• Confidently making recommendations to our guests whilst taking orders
• Maximising sales through suggestion and up-selling
• Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard

We pay up to £13.25 an hour, plus tronc which is on average an extra £1.50 an hour. Tips are then additional to tronc.
