Honeycomb Houses is recruiting a Food and Beverage Operations Manager for The Kings Head in Cirencester. You will lead the operation, coach teams and drive high standards to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will work closely with the General Manager, ensuring smooth service, staff development and a positive, collaborative culture across departments. A strong hospitality mindset and hands-on leadership are essential.

About The Role

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a vital role in bringing our hospitality to life. We're looking for a passionate and driven F&B Manager to support the leadership of one of our characterful houses, helping to create memorable experiences for guests while inspiring and developing the team around you.

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll lead from the front, ensuring every guest receives the warm, attentive service that defines our houses. You'll be involved in all aspects of the operation, from coaching and developing team members to maintaining exceptional standards, driving performance and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to motivate others to perform at their best. You'll be hands-on, highly organised and confident in making decisions, always leading by example and fostering a culture built on teamwork, quality and care.

Salary is £37,000 per annum plus performance bonus
