Who you are!

• Be the face of our restaurant and bar and play a vital role in F&B be ensuring the restaurant and bar runs smoothly.
• Provide an excellent customer service and be detail oriented.
• Take responsibility of opening and closing of the restaurant as well as the bar.
• Making sure the service is out on time and clearing any tables/bar area.
• Improving the quality of service and suggest new ideas to smooth out the operation.
• Coordinate with the F&B management team on daily basis
• Support and manage the F&B assistants.

We are looking for someone who…

• Has great communication skills and friendly personality
• Previous experience in a Restaurant and Bar environment
• Able to stay calm under high pressure and work within a team
• Good attention to detail and taking ownership of events as well as reservations
• Able to build good relationships
• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality sector
