Operations Manager / Responsible Individual - Children's Residential Care Homes
Bradford
Up to £75,000

I am recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a growing organisation that provides expert residential childcare for children and people across in the Bradford area.

The organisation has 1 open home, with plans for 2 other homes to open within the year.

Job Details:

  • Operations Manager / RI
  • Children's residential care homes, OFSTED regulated services
  • Holding the RI registration for 1 open home, before becoming the RI for the 2 homes that are due to open
  • Work alongside the Directors to ensure all services provide expert residential childcare
  • Work alongside the Directors to support the growth of the organisation
  • Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
  • Lead on opening new services, implementing company policies and procedures
  • Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service
  • Line manage Registered Managers
  • Lead on safeguarding concerns
  • All homes are solo, EBD services
  • All homes are based in the Bradford area

Contract:

  • Salary £60,000 - £75,000
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Flexibility on working from home / service

Requirements:

  • Driving licence
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Multi-site management experience
  • Ideally, experience as either an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager or RI
  • Would consider experienced Registered Managers with a proven track record that are looking for the next step in their career
