Job summary

Tatton Recruitment in London is seeking an AI Subject Matter Expert on an initial contract basis through to the end of the year, with a strong possibility of extension.

The role is based in London and requires 3 days per week onsite. We work with businesses across the UK to find the best people in Finance, Marketing, IT, and Engineering, and we go the extra mile to help people find roles where they can make an impact and grow their careers.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI risks, fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing enterprise decisions.
• Knowledge of AI governance and regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and advise on AI principles defined in AIMS.
• Ensure AI systems are designed, developed, and deployed in line with our values and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Responsible AI principles, including monitoring, documentation, and AI lineage.
• Lead Responsible AI reviews for high-risk AI solutions as AI Steward.
• Develop controls and assessment criteria for AI use cases.
• Support model approval and risk review processes with AI ERC.
• Monitor emerging AI standards and industry best practices.
